We utilise a CrossFit model of fitness which incorporates sporting modalities such as gymnastics, running, rowing and Olympic Weightlifting to build your athleticism and to gradually progress you safely and effectively from a complete newcomer to an advanced trainee. Come try out a class today they run 7 days a week! CrossFit is for everyone, CrossFit is for the people.


Our Yoga practice is coming back in blocks, stay tuned for more - lead by Coach Mel who has put numerous hours of training in on the mat. This practice is loved and attended by many and you don't have to be a member to attend. Hopefully we can get another block in before Mel leaves us for New York.

Open Gym

We open our doors every Sun 12:30-2pm and Weds 6.30-7.30pm for our members to come in and work on skills, hone technique or make up classes they may have missed during the week. This session is supervised by a coach so it is a great chance to get some one on one time with them and work on things you don’t alway get a chance to work on during classes.

Mobility and Prehab

Every weekday we offer a 15 min mobility routine before classes to get those stiff bodies ready for Class. After every weekday session we run a coached pre-habilitation session which targets all the things we can't fit into classes, this component generally takes 10-15 mins to complete and is a good warm down in most cases.


Nutrition is the single most important part of a healthy lifestyle. We will help guide you towards good food choices through our Nutrition Project workshops lead by registered Dietitian Lydia Marshall. We don’t look at the scales when it comes to nutrition either, instead we concentrate on how you are feeling, clarity and performance.
