We utilise a CrossFit model of fitness which incorporates sporting modalities such as gymnastics, running, rowing and Olympic Weightlifting to build your athleticism and to gradually progress you safely and effectively from a complete newcomer to an advanced trainee. Our Yoga practice is currently on a break but will return at some point in the near future.
We open our doors every Sun 12:30-2pm and Weds 6.30-7.30pm for our members to come in and work on skills, hone technique or make up classes they may have missed during the week. This session is supervised by a coach so it is a great chance to get some one on one time with them and work on things you don’t alway get a chance to work on during classes.
Every month our Mobility ‘Guru’ Gina DiRienzo takes a mobility workshop at the gym targeting different areas of the body. Senior Coach G has been a physiotherapist for a several years and a CrossFit Coach for four of them. It is in these workshops where you will be able to learn how to get those tight areas of the body moving again through advanced mobility techniques.
Nutrition is the single most important part of a healthy lifestyle. We will help guide you towards good food choices, be it through nutritional information we deliver or the numerous challenges we set up through out the year. We don’t look at the scales when it comes to nutrition either, instead we concentrate on how you are feeling, clarity and performance.
