I’ve been a movement enthusiast for most of my life and see fitness as a powerful medicine for our hauora and longevity. Outside of the gym, I work part-time at a school offering resilience programs to intermediate students as well as teach yoga at AWHI and practice as a Clinical Naturopath at WellHub. Supporting individuals on their health and wellbeing journey is a passion of mine.

I am just getting back into Crossfit myself after a 3 year hiatus, where I was exploring other functional fitness pursuits whilst living in Hong Kong. It is a humbling journey getting back into it and one that I am very much enjoying the process of. 

In my free time, you can find me outside somewhere doing the odd adventure race or just cruising on a bush track. As a new coach at CCW, it is privilege to coach with and learn from such a knowledgable and experienced team.
