Coach
Hi! I’m Hannah, I’ve been a personal trainer for over 15 years (in NZ, Australia and London) and involved in CrossFit since 2013 – I was hooked from the first trial class I did. You’ll likely only see me very early in the morning as I’m one of ‘those’ people.
I’m easygoing and friendly and above all else I want to help people, whether it’s to get their fist pull up or to compete at the highest level. CrossFit has been a great platform for many to grow their confidence in themselves. My favourite part of coaching is seeing people achieve something they never thought they’d be able to do.
I love the technical side of coaching gymnastics and weightlifting and seeing the difference small changes in understanding movement can make. I’m a believer in solid, safe movement patterns to achieve the goal.
I’ve previously owned a CrossFit programming company and hold qualifications in kettlebells, Olympic weightlifting, mobility and competition as well as offering online coaching to individuals.
I joined the CCW whanau in 2022 to get back into routine after having my two tiny humans – I love the vibe, the banter, the support and the push to be better.
