Sport and exercise have pretty much always been a part of my life. Growing up I played basketball, tennis, and netball, and also did gymnastics and squad swimming. I started my CrossFit journey back in 2010, rocked up to a trial class, and was immediately hooked. Honestly, I had no idea I’d still be at this over 15 years later!
What I love about CrossFit is that no two days are ever the same. You’re constantly doing and achieving things you never thought you could, and the best part? You get to do it alongside your mates. It’s that part of the day where you can block everything else out, focus on yourself, and leave the stress of the day at the door.
As a coach, my goal is to help people enjoy the CrossFit journey and see the benefits and I mean that beyond just the physical stuff. The mental side is just as real. More than anything, I want people to find genuine joy in exercise and moving well.
