I have been in the Health and Fitness industry for 10 years, initially working full time as a Personal Trainer, taking a break after 4 years to have my girls, and more recently coaching CrossFit at CrossFit Central Wellington for the past five years. I am also the founder of the ‘Fitter Faster Stronger’ product, a five-week Women’s only training program that has been successfully running since 2011. I have been the recipient of a Fitness Life Up and Coming Personal Trainer award and have contributed and appeared in the NZ Fitness Life magazine twice.

I am passionate about improving the lifestyles of anyone that comes into my classes. I am friendly and positive and always up for a natter after class. I would say that is what I most love about coaching at CCW – the people I get to meet, to train with, and learn alongside.
