I found CrossFit back in 2011 after hanging up my roller skates after 16 years years competing internationally in Artistic Roller Skating and coaching a number of skaters to National and International Championships.

I have done a fair bit of study around Pregnancy and postpartum training following the birth of my son 4 years ago. I love being able to support the female athletes in the gym, both our pre and postnatal members and facilitating more education for our members around female strength and conditioning training. I also just love seeing members forge lifelong friendships. I feel lucky everyday that I get to call this my job. 

Outside the gym I love getting away for trips around our beautiful country with my little family, spending time with friends and running around after the growing tribe of nieces and nephews. 

To me being a CrossFit Coach is more than just performance goals,  it’s getting to know members to understand why they are really here and tailoring their experience to their goals.
