I’ve been a part of the CCW whānau since 2015. My philosophy of fitness is that it is a crucial endeavour. Life is relatively easy; self- imposed struggle will improve your mind, body and soul – it’s good for you to do things that are hard! I am enjoying the new challenge of coaching. Fitness and sport has always been a big part of my life, so working with others to help them achieve their goals seems like a natural progression for me. I particularly relish group fitness coaching or working out as part of a group – there’s something about battling together that appeals to my competitive and people-orientated nature. It creates an awesome vibe and just like Wellington, it’s hard to be beat CCW on a good day.
