February Beginner’s Course
Our 2 week CrossFit Elements course is the perfect way to prepare yourself for our regular classes if you’re new to CrossFit training. We open our doors to new members every 2 months and limit these intakes to 20 people which means they fill up fast.

The course is 2 weeks in length. It’s during this time that we will teach you the fundamental exercises used in CrossFit Training. It will also give us an opportunity to get to know you, to learn how you move, your history of exercise and what your goals are for joining CrossFit Central Wellington.
Class times are:
Week one: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7.30pm to 8.45pm and Friday 6.30pm to 7.45pm
Week two: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 7.30 to 8.45pm
